We developed Mori & Moore as a knitwear label with no existing assets, then produced a full editorial set from scratch: model, wardrobe, studio, and lighting all generated inside a controlled prompt architecture. Every frame was built from a single character reference and a fixed location setup, holding the same face, the same cream linen and terracotta capsule, and the same hard afternoon sun across the run. The concrete wall, the shadow line, and the palm canopy behind it were treated as a built set rather than a variable, so the frames cut together as one shoot.
